Eli Manning #1,245 : 2025 Prizm Draft Red Cracked Ice Eli Manning

I can't remember the last time I posted an Eli Manning update, but here we go!

I have made it all the way to card #1,245 from my last update and this is freshly updated so no more posts to go on this until I add news in.

Which by the way, do you have any I don't? Even base! I would take any!

Today's card is simply just a basic, no numbered parallel from Prizm Draft. These come by very cheap and can be easily acquired.

The leader on TCDB currently has 1508 so I have a way to go to catch him. So, I will need all of your guys help to get there!

As I said earlier in this post, I don't have any more Eli's coming in the mail and don't plan on it anytime soon but would love to close this gap some more somehow.

The drive to 1500 is on!

Single Card Mail Day:2025 Topps Finest Finest Moments Autograph Mario Manningham

Are you ready?

Today's card is probably one of my favorite pickups (I bet Dennis of Too Many Verlanders will dig this one as well) of 2026 and I didn't even know it existed until I looked up 2025 NY Giants autographs.

As soon as I saw it, I was locked in and ready. It was needed.

 

Any card that features either Super Bowl 42 or Super Bowl 46 in which the NY Giants took down the mighty New England Patriots in both are easy pickups for me. I don't even care if they are base cards.

This card is not only signed, but its photo captures both the incredible throw and catch from Manning to Manningham late in the game in Super Bowl 46. This catch kept the game winning drive alive for the G-men. Both the catch and the throw were tremendous. If you haven't seen this yet, go YouTube it. It was definetely a Finest Moment.

Because I have choice of adding cards to the Cards Over Coffee Hall Of Fame, I will be adding this one to the bunch. I find it worthy of being added.

Single Card Mail Day:2025 Select Future Abdul Carter

Nothing fancy about today's card, it's design almost makes it a base card but it's not.

 

This is just a simple designed insert out of 2025 Select.

I can't remember when I got this card or who it came from, but it was new to me like most any 2025 mail days I got. It's not like I opened a ton so new players in 2025 on the Giants I don't have a lot of.

On the Brightside, that makes it easier to trade with me or find things in the mailbox from 2025. I always like to find things in the mailbox.

Single Card Mail Day:2025 Panini Phoenix Tyrone Tracy Base

Yes, I am posting a base card.

Yes, I still collect those.

Being one of the very few collectors who collect base I know ahead of time writing a post like this may not always draw in the big viewers. If it had said, 1/1 Tyrone Tracy autographed patch piece of fingerprint handheld to mouth card licked then this would be drawing in the viewers. 

But, this is simply just a base card of 2025.

 

The Panini Phoenix base design is pretty simplistic, basic but it is chromed. 

I only have a couple of Giants from the Panini Phoenix product in terms of base, still need Hakeem Nicks whom I am chasing the rainbow of, and a few others including key rookies Jaxson Dart and Abdul Carter.

So, let me know, do you collect base cards still? Or are you chasing the big hits?

Single Card Mail Day:2009 Prestige Prestigious Picks Autograph Hakeem Nicks

The NY Giants have always been known for being an old school team of running and playing good defense.

But, to me, a part of this team that seems to always gets forgotten is the amount of good wide receivers they have had over the years.

We have had Gifford, Hilliard, Toomer, Baker, McCaffrey, Cruz, Beckham, Burress, Rote, Ingram, Jones, Smith, Manuel, and so on and so forth. I think a lot of these guys don't get enough recognition as many lived in the many, many rebuilding Giants years. So, they don't stand out like the stars they are.

One of my favorite ones I didn't list yet was Hakeem Nicks who not only played in over 70 games, had over 4500 yards along with over 20 TDs in his big blue career, but had a huge role in the Giants Super Bowl 46 run where he dominated throughout the playoffs.

Anytime I find a cheap card of him, I will add it.

When it's a rookie card autograph numbered to 100 for under $5, you bet I grab it.

 

 

Not the prettiest card in the world, but still a nice one to have.

I was thinking that I should add my Nicks collection to Trading Card Database sometime. See where I stand among the crowd with mine.
