Worthy Toomers

As I continue to chase the ones well above me on Trading Card Database in terms of Amani Toomer, I have been adding some cards on and off that will hopefully drive me closer.

However, I am not adding just any cards to play catch up, I am working on tougher and more fun finds.

Especially those from the 90s.

First up, these 1996 Bowmans Best Best Cuts rookie insert parallels.

I already have the base, this is the refractor.

And this is the X-Factor. I do like the OG Ravens logo in the background and this X-factor puts today’s design to shame.

From my research, this is supposed to be a numbered parallel to 2000 Upper Deck Ultimate Victory. But, there is no numbering that I can find. Regardless, if it's an error, I still marked it as the one that is numbered until I can find a numbered version.

My last pickup was a cheap 1997 Finest Embossed Silver Refractor. These weren't easy to pull falling 1:192 packs. It is my first embossed refractor.

Even though it's only four cards and it didn't help budge me at all closer on the list, I really liked these adds. As I said, I am not going to focus on just adding cards to get closer, they have to be worthy enough to be added as well.
