Eli Manning #1,245 : 2025 Prizm Draft Red Cracked Ice Eli Manning

I can't remember the last time I posted an Eli Manning update, but here we go!

I have made it all the way to card #1,245 from my last update and this is freshly updated so no more posts to go on this until I add news in.

Which by the way, do you have any I don't? Even base! I would take any!

Today's card is simply just a basic, no numbered parallel from Prizm Draft. These come by very cheap and can be easily acquired.

The leader on TCDB currently has 1508 so I have a way to go to catch him. So, I will need all of your guys help to get there!

As I said earlier in this post, I don't have any more Eli's coming in the mail and don't plan on it anytime soon but would love to close this gap some more somehow.

The drive to 1500 is on!

Eli Countdown To 1K: 962,963,964,965,966,967,968,969,970,971,972,973

Yes, that is a very long title to today's post but there has been a lot of Eli Manning movement recently as I continue to crawl towards 1,000.

My goal is to complete this by the end of the year, but I am not sure I will get there.

Before getting on with showing off the latest adds, I will mention if you are counting these cards as you go along, that four card pictures are missing. Where they went, I will never know. So, I will start off the countdown with those four missing ones and go from there.

Let's go! 962,963,964,965

966 is numbered to 50!

967 you can't see it but this is a Purple Lazer.

968: Base are cards too!!

969: Another new one to the rainbow, this is a blue /199

970: Prizm parallel. Looks great as a Giants fan.

971

972: The start of something new with this years Prestige.....

973:And my latest add thanks to a trade on Twitter!

This is my official number of Eli's as of today. I have 18 days left to get 27 Eli's to reach my year end goal. Can I get there? We will see.

If any of you have any Eli Manning's reading this today, please let me know by dropping me an email at sportcardcollectors@hotmail.com.

Eli's Prizm Draft Chase

With the bye week today, there isn't any Big Blue football to watch but plenty of Giants cards to sort.

While I was sorting my Eli Manning Prizm draft rainbow for the 2023 product, I thought I would show a picture of my chase so far. And no, none of these are new to my Eli Manning Countdown.

They look much nicer in person than what my picture can capture.

Here is what I have so far and what I need that's remaining.

Gold Ice, Green, Purple Wave, Red Ice, Ruby Wave, Silver, Snakeskin, White Sparkle, Red /299, Blue Wave /249, Blue /199, Purple Ice /149, Red Finite /125, Blue Ice /99, Blue Finite /89, Purple /75, Gold Flash /49, Orange Pulsar /49, Red Flash /49, Orange Finite /39, Green Pulsar /25, Mojo /25, Gold Shimmer /15, Neon Pink Pulsar /15, Gold /10, Green Shimmer /8, Black Gold /5, Black Finite 1/1, Black Shimmer 1/1, Gold Vinyl 1/1.

With three 1/1's, I don't plan on chasing it all.

But, if cheap enough, I may add the others.

Good luck to your team today if they are playing and if they aren't the Eagles, Cowboys or Commanders ;)

I have to wait until next Monday night.

My Isaiah Hodgins PC Thus Far

He wasn't the biggest name of the 2020 NFL Draft when the Buffalo Bills drafted him, but he made a big impact on the 2022 NY Giants.

Isaiah was drafted in the 6th round by the Bills in 2020 but never caught on with the team that was already loaded at WR. He was waived on November 1st and grabbed by the Giants on November 2nd. He hauled in 4 touchdowns in the final 5 games with the Giants helping them on their run. Then in the playoffs against the Vikings, he hauled in 8 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown. He had the flash of a number one guy for Daniel Jones.

I caught on with Hodgins in the first few games he had with the Giants and decided I wanted to chase his cards.

I don't have a lot yet, but here is what I have so far,

2020 Sage Hit base

Sage Aspire Bronze Autograph

Leaf Gold autograph

2020 Prizm Draft Autograph

2020 Score Autograph

2020 Score Green Autograph

2020 Luminance Red Ink autograph

Not a bad start, especially in the autograph department. But, there is a long way to go.

I have begun to add my collection to TCDB, so if you have any I don't, let me know!

Thoughts on Hodgins or my collection so far welcomed in comments.

Toney And Salsa

A couple of weeks ago, I had three solid football numbered cards up for trade on Twitter looking for something for my collection in return. I was looking for Big Blue or non-sport.

It took a few days, and a few offers before one of the cards caught someone's eye and before what they had in return caught my eye.

@flickavic, a Washington Commanders fan (feels weird writing that out for the first time), saw my 2021 Illusions King Of Cards /149 red of Sean Taylor and knew he had to have it for his Washington collection. He also knew he had to get rid of some of his Giants cards since they were a hated rival which was a win/win both of us.

The three Kadarius Toney's in this trade I already have multiple copies of, but I was okay with that.

Base Card from Prizm Draft

Crusade subset from Prizm Draft

Score rookie

Becuase this final card was the one I had my eye on the most.

2014 Topps Triple Theads Patch relic /36 to the words of SALSA of Victor Cruz. The L is the actual patch swatch on the card while the rest is plain jersey. If anyone remembers Cruz, Salsa was the dance he would perform in the endzone after every touchdown he scored.

I always thought the relics that were designed like this were the best instead of a square. I can't wait to see what Fanatics does with Topps football when the time comes and if they bring back a brand like TTT.

Thanks to @flickavic for the trade. Hope we can do this again.

Thoughts on my mail day welcomed in comments.
