Single Card Mail Day:2015 Topps Field Access Victor Cruz Autograph

At some point, I really should make a list of my all-time favorite Giants players.

I know for sure that Victor Cruz would be on it and most likely towards the top of the list.

The salsa dancing, speedster undrafted Giants star was a lot of fun to watch throughout his career and even helped lead the Giants to a Super Bowl win in Super Bowl 46 catching the game's first touchdown along with some other key catches in the game.

I believe this marks my fifth or sixth Cruz autograph in my collection and I am more than happy to add more when the time comes. Hopefully I will have real exact numbers on this at some point.

I want to know today who your favorite undrafted player is all-time? Let me know in comments!

Given A Heads Up

Being the last post of the year, I wanted to make it a good card to end with.

A buddy of mine on Twitter owns a copy of today's card and knew that I had wanted one for myself, so he had been keeping an eye out for cheaper ones not listed on eBay.

When a copy popped up recently, he sent me a link the link to eBay and I spent a week watching it. I had saved my final $10 on a gift card to eBay and I was hoping it was going to be less than that.

The week went by and I put my bid in....and landed the card for ,99 which is cool for a RARE CASE HIT!!

This is a 2015 Topps Presidential Celebrations card of Coach Tom Coughlin alongside President George Bush. These 14 cards features Super Bowl winning coaches at the White House.

The back just gives the details of the day.

I noticed when looking up the checklist that the Giants have a second card for Super Bowl 46 with President Obama that I will definitely need to find.

Thanks again to my buddy Chris for the heads up on this one.

Thoughts on this card welcomed in comments!

Hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

Eli's Cardboard: 2015 Spectra Rivals Relic Blue Parallel Eli Manning/Darren Sproles

It's time for a new post on Big Blue Cardboard!

Yes, I reverted back to the original name.

Today I am showing off my latest Eli Manning add.

Compared to some of the BIN listings on the base 2015 Spectra Rivals Relics, it appears I got a steal on this one that is some form of parallel for $3.25.

I am not sure what kind of parallel this is, but anytime you can get a color matching parallel from your team it looks even more impressive.

Back of card, for some reason it uploaded sideways, shows the card being numbered 10/50. Wait, 10, as in Eli Manning 10, sweet. I didn't notice that originally when I bid on the card so that is a bonus.

It's a great looking card, but what I find odd is that a QB vs a RB as a rival. To me, this should have been an Eagles QB or even a defender that maybe had a past with Eli.

Just my opinion.

Thoughts on my latest Eli Manning grab and your thoughts on a card that says Rivals but not two QB's welcomed in comments!

Eli's Cardboard:2015 Topps Chrome Super Bowl 50 Die-Cut Pulsar Refractor

You ever just have a card sit in your watchlist on eBay for so long you felt like you had to buy it?

I did just that recently.

Today's Eli's Cardboard card had been in my watchlist at least a year. I watched the seller put offers out on it every few months and I just continued to pass on it.

But there it sat.

And sat....

And sat....

Looking and tempting me every time I scrolled through my watchlist.

Until I finally had a gift card to use up and the seller once again put out an offer on it. I was afraid if I didn't take it this time, I wasn't ever going to. So I accepted the offer and it came home.
There is a base version, a refractor version /99, a Superfractor 1/1 and this Pulsar refractor numbered to 50. I only own this version so far. I don't expect to ever find or land the Super of this card, so this isn't even a tempting rainbow chase.

Back of the card discusses Eli and his two Super Bowl runs against the Patriots.

Thoughts on my card today and whether you have ever bought a card after watching it for so long welcomed in comments.
